Thank you for subscribing to Tutorly India. Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Tutorly India.
1. Digital Products and Subscriptions
We issue refunds for digital subscriptions within 7 days of the original purchase of the subscription under the following conditions:
- If you have not used the subscription to unlock any tutor contact details.
- If there are technical issues preventing you from accessing the platform that we cannot resolve.
After 7 days, or if you have successfully utilized the service to unlock tutor contact information, no refunds will be issued.
2. Tuition Fees Paid to Tutors
Tutorly India only charges for platform access. Any tuition fees, advance payments, or session fees paid directly to a tutor offline are outside the scope of our platform.
We do not issue refunds for payments made directly to tutors. Any disputes regarding tuition fees must be resolved directly between the student/parent and the tutor.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you will not be billed for the subsequent billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing period.
