Tutorly India acts as an information directory connecting students/parents with home tutors. We provide an online platform where students can browse tutor profiles and, upon purchasing a subscription, access the contact details of these tutors.

2. Payment & Subscription

• We charge a platform access fee (subscription) to unlock tutor contact details.
• Tutorly India does NOT process or collect tuition fees. Any payment for tuition services must be negotiated and paid directly between the student and the tutor offline.
• Tutorly India is not responsible for the quality of teaching, attendance, or any financial disputes between the student and the tutor.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the platform for legitimate educational purposes only. You agree not to misuse the contact information provided through our platform for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to verify tutor profiles, Tutorly India does not guarantee the accuracy of tutor qualifications, background, or teaching ability. It is the responsibility of the student/parent to interview and verify the tutor before engaging their services.
